CORE VALUE BASED CULTURE
The Virginia Outlaws Baseball team will focus on our Core Value Based culture above anything else. This culture will produce hard working student athletes that will strive to reach their full potential on and off of the field. We believe that our Core Value Based culture, along with a team first approach will produce student athletes that will be excellent students, teammates that can be counted on and successful young people in life. The Virginia Outlaws expect coaches and parents to be positive examples for our Outlaws, as well as others that we encounter on the field. It is our belief that focusing on our Core Value Based culture, we can bring out each student athlete's true potential on and off of the field. To be part of the Outlaws, we expect each member to give 100% effort on and off of the field, display the utmost character on and off of the field, and display the will to selflessly work together toward reaching each person's full potential.

MISSION
Our mission is to provide opportunities and exposure for student athletes by competing at a high level in youth baseball. The Virginia Outlaws Baseball team will instill discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity in all players and expect all coaches and parents to be a positive example. Our Core Value Based culture will help mold our athletes on and off of the field.
PROGRAM GOALS
1. Provide all Outlaws with a culture that encourages excelling in the classroom and being a positive influence on others.
2. Provide all Outlaws with the opportunity to learn, develop and improve their baseball skill with quality coaching.
3. Field successful teams on and off of the field at all levels.
4. Prepare players for middle school, high school and college advancement.
