THE JV OUTLAWS ARE A TEAM MADE UP OF 15 and 16 YEAR OLDS. THIS TEAM COMPETES IN THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA TRAVEL BASEBALL LEAGUE AS WELL AS COMPETITIVE TOURNAMENTS.
