The stress of recruiting is on the rise and is affecting all those involved. Colleges, athletes, and supporting families have so many selections and so little time to process those selections. There are so many tournaments, showcases and so many teams fighting for space and visibility. It is hard to maintain hope when athletes and schools are entering into verbal commits as early as 8th grade. The worry of being left behind is at an all-time high.

 

On the other end of the recruiting madness, transfer rates are rapidly increasing while athletes/institutions realizing they are not a fit after the selection process.
